Testimony Poem
December 10, 1942
Morning, Moshe Flinker
Father came home yesterday
we wait until Friday
permits renewed
I don't think we'll get them
at all
but Father
Still full of hope
we wait until Friday
permits renewed
I don't think we'll get them
at all
but Father
Still full of hope
Dream by Mark R Slaughter
Childish Dreams
original poem
Adrienne
Remember when you were a kid?
Your dreams were huge,
Limitless.
You wanted to do anything and everything.
You wanted to go to the moon,
You wanted to fly a rocket ship,
You wanted to become a doctor,
Or even somebody famous.
Limitless
But remember when you started to grow older?
No I can't do this.
I can't do that.
That's impossible.
That can never be accomplished.
You can't think like that.
Your wish as a kid can be granted as an adult.
don't give up,
shoot for the moon,
reach for the stars,
your dreams can come true.
Your dreams were huge,
Limitless.
You wanted to do anything and everything.
You wanted to go to the moon,
You wanted to fly a rocket ship,
You wanted to become a doctor,
Or even somebody famous.
Limitless
But remember when you started to grow older?
No I can't do this.
I can't do that.
That's impossible.
That can never be accomplished.
You can't think like that.
Your wish as a kid can be granted as an adult.
don't give up,
shoot for the moon,
reach for the stars,
your dreams can come true.
